• What Can I Return?


    If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your item for a refund. If you require an alternative size, please see our "Exchanges" information for details on how to do this.

    Products such as underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the item has been removed from it's packaging.


    How To Return


    Please return your item to our address below and enclose the packing slip, writing on it your full name and the reason for the return. If you no longer have your packing slip then please return your item along with a slip of paper enclosing the following information:

    Full Name

    Order Number (This should be located from within your account or on the email confirmation of your order)

    Reason for Return

    All unwanted goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with labels attached (where applicable).

  • How To Exchange


    If you wish to exchange your item then please buy and pay for the item in the desired colour/size directly on our site and then return the unwanted item to us within 28 days for a refund.

    From experience we have found that this is the fastest and most efficient way for our customers to receive the item they want.

    Please return the unwanted item following our "Returns" information.

    All unwanted goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with labels attached (where applicable).

  • Faulties

    If you have received an item which is in an unsatisfactory condition, please accept our apologies and email us via the "Contact Us" page, providing your full name, order number, and the issue with the received item.

    We may ask you to either provide a photo highlighting the issue with the item or to return it to us for assessment. We will then offer to either send a replacement item to you (subject to availability) or provide you with a full refund.

    We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
