We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy. If your purchase is unsuitable you may return them for a refund as long as it is returned unused in a new condition, in its original packaging with any swing tags and in a fully re-saleable condition. You will find full returns instructions on your packing slip / invoice which we send out with your order.
For your peace of mind we suggest you send returns by signed for / recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will be able to claim from the carrier for goods that were lost. If you wish you can use standard post which is more economical but offers no insurance and we can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged post. Faulty items will be assessed by us and if deemed faulty, a replacement will be offered or a full refund given if required. The cost of postage that you paid to return a faulty item to us will also be refunded.
If we have sent out an incorrect item(s) please accept our apologies and return it/them to us. We will then send out the correct item(s) and refund you the cost of postage you paid to return the item to us. We aim to process all returns and refunds within 48 hours of receipt.
